With this Gel Press brayer, you can easily create monoprints without using a press. This brayer is the perfect tool for evenly distributing paint over a gel printing plate. There are two ways to use the brayer: you can run it through the paint first and then onto the plate or you can apply the paint directly onto the printing plate and then distribute it evenly with the roller. This 4" ink roller is made of rubber and is easy to clean with soap and water. You can also use the roller on uneven surfaces – however, be careful with soft materials and make sure you don't leave any dents on the surface.

The printing plates by Gel Press can transfer the finest textures and details to different types of paper or fabric. Almost all paints and inks can be used for this, but acrylic paints are the most commonly used. Use stencils or a texture comb to create fun effects. When you are satisfied with your design, place the paper or fabric onto the gel printing plate and press it down firmly, so that the paint adheres to the material. When you pull the paper or fabric off, your print is finished. After use, easily clean the plate with soap and water or baby wipes. These durable and reusable plates are latex-free, non-toxic, vegan and cruelty-free.
