Cards on the Move kits contain elements to make at least 2 moving cards.
Pack includes -
1 die cut card sheet ( moving elements printed on card, simply push out the die cut parts)
2 paper cutting sheets, including background images and step by step decoupage elements (require cutting out)
Instructions
Using brads, the parts are connected to enable creation of an animated topper.
Simply connect the moveable parts as instructed and then layer up as with normal decoupage.
